We would like to welcome some new additions to our staff!

Sarah Rudgers-Tysz joined our team in late October as the new Deputy Director for the
Saratoga, Warren and Washington Office.  She moved here from northern Virginia where she directed a national mediation program, and served as a lawyer, for a Federal Agency.  Sarah has over 10 years experience in the dispute resolution field both in mediating cases and coordinating dispute resolution programs.  She started her dispute resolution career in a community mediation center in Virginia and is pleased to return to this work.

Rosanna Lindquist joined our team in early October.  She has taken over the Program   Coordinator position with responsibility for Saratoga and Washington County Family Court cases, Washington County DSS cases and the Special Programs for this office (e.g. Lemon Law, Mobile Homes, Special Education, and VESID cases).  She comes to us from Harrisburg, PA where she was a paralegal in a law firm.  She is a natural mediator and did some work in the field when she was a Resident Advisor.  Her enthusiasm is contagious and she has already contributed in many ways, including coming up with some new ideas to offer as special programs.

Gail Solomon joined our team in the spring of 2006.  She has taken over the Program Coordinator position for Warren County Family Court. Gail was a practicing physical therapist and worked part time as an assistant in her husband’s pediatric office.  When Gail took the Basic Mediation Training in the spring of 2006, she discovered that this was the field she was meant to be part of.  “My strong desire was to be involved in family court as I have seen over the years the turmoil that families go through during divorce and separation.  Also, trouble teens meeting life’s challenges seems to be an ever-increasing problem.  Working with probation, their PINS, Pre-PINS program and Juvenile Treatment Court has broadened my understanding of the role mediation can play in effectively being a part of troubled teen solutions.”
Gail is involved with community committees to support Crandall Public Library, Literacy   Volunteers, Adirondack Theatre Festival and the Glens Falls Home.

Donna Carr joined our team in the summer of 2006.  She is our new Administrative Assistant for our Albany office.  Donna was a legal secretary for a prestigious law firm for many years.
"I enjoy working for an agency that helps people handle conflict in a constructive way.  When I took the mediation training, I realized that mediation is an excellent way to help resolve disputes outside of the courtroom."
Donna enjoys the diversity of her position and is a pleasure to work with.
