COMMUNITY MATTERS - such matters as conflicts involving friends, neighbors, consumers and merchants, and more



FAMILY MATTERS - such matters as divorce, parenting issues, relationships between parents and children, and more



COLLABORATIVE MATTERS - multi-party mediation, facilitation and training concerning public policy and organizational issues



SCHOOL MATTERS - peer mediation training, conflict management curricula and workshops



OTHER MATTERS - arbitration and specialized mediation programs



CASA - Court Appointed Special Assistants are specially trained community volunteers assigned as neutral parties by the Albany County Family Court Judges to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in Family Court proceedings.


CHILD PERMANENCY MEDIATION - provides an avenue for the individuals involved in a child’s life to resolve conflicts among themselves so that they’re able to focus on the best interests and safety needs of the child.
