Family Matters

Mediation can help family members work cooperatively to create their own solutions.

Family Matters may include:

• Co-parenting issues involving parents living apart and sharing parenting responsibilities.
• Siblings and extended family members dealing with elder care issues.
• Referrals from family court involving custody, visitation and child support.
• Conflicts between parents and adolescent children.
• Conflicts between family members and other relatives.
• PINS (Persons in need of supervision) and PINS Diversion cases referred by courts or probation departments.

No fees are charged for mediation involving court referrals and related issues.
