Family Matters

Mediation can help family members work cooperatively to create their own solutions.

Family Matters may include:

Co-parenting issues involving parents living apart and sharing parenting responsibilities.
Siblings and extended family members dealing with elder care issues.
Referrals from family court involving custody, visitation and child support.
Conflicts between parents and adolescent children.
Conflicts between family members and other relatives.
PINS (Persons in need of supervision) and PINS Diversion cases referred by courts or probation departments.

No fees are charged for mediation involving court referrals and related issues.
